What is the toxic relationship test?

This toxic relationship test turns high-pressure relationship moments into a 12-round survival game. It is entertainment, not diagnosis.

What the toxic relationship test measures

This toxic relationship test game measures fictional pressure responses: whether you keep clarity when blame shifts, whether you protect a boundary when the other person raises heat, and whether you can exit a loop without accepting a false version of the story. It does not decide whether a real person is abusive or diagnose your relationship.

How to read your survival result

A strong result means your choices kept enough HP, clarity, and boundary shield to finish the run. A failed run usually means one of three traps landed: you argued inside the other person's frame, over-explained until the conflict grew, or tried to calm the room by giving up the limit you needed. Treat the result as a prompt for reflection, not advice to stay or leave.

Safety note before using any relationship quiz

If your situation includes violence, threats, stalking, coercive control, self-harm risk, or immediate danger, do not use an online quiz as the deciding tool. Pause the game and contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a trusted person who can help you make a safer plan.

How the 12 rounds work

Each round gives you a realistic conflict scene and several possible replies. Safe choices protect your stats. Reactive choices raise pressure. High-risk choices can end the run early.

What your stats mean

Dignity tracks self-respect, awareness tracks pattern recognition, obsession tracks anxious pursuit, and survival tracks remaining emotional energy. Toxic Survival uses HP, clarity, shield, entangle, and heat.
